We just got in town from a month on the road. Talk about exciting!  We had the adventure of a life time! Right now we hit the ground running as usual. So for now we are playing catch up, but I can’t wait to fill you all in on this adventure we call life.

IMG_20151012_123104570_HDR The best part of living in a RV is having everything packed for a trip within in a moments notice.  We did not plan this trip in advance. As a matter of fact we had three days to be on the road when we finally decided to do this trip that included packing and baking to fulfil orders for our bakery.  We planned to be gone two to three weeks and we ended up being gone the last part of September and all of October!  We really made some HUGE memories my kids will never forget.
IMG_20151018_203921We even got to celebrate our 18th anniversary on vacation.  Clinton and I were guest FOOD Bloggers for the Gluten Free and Allergy Friendly Expo in Dallas which I will post about this week.  I hope you check back to get the full story. Did you do anything exciting this month?

Howdy Erik, Sorry it has taken so long to respond. Life is a whirlwind and since it will never stop I am making time to respond. We most certainly are going to try and make the April conference Lord willing. Are you going? We hope so! Tell us about your new adventures! The Foodie Crew
