This month we were vendors at the Winter Chocolate & Art Festival. It was a lot of work, but it was so fun to create new Gluten Free Artisan Baked Goods. I always love a challenge.
I created a Crepe Spanikopita that was grain free and so incredibly tasty and flavorful. We also sold Organic Beef Tamale Pies.
I lived in Greece for 3 years and so I studied the flavors and seasonings.
This was my interpretation of one of my favorite Greek dishes. I plan to post the Spanikopita recipe so stand by.
