Meet The Compelled Crew

Welcome to Compelled Life. We are a family of 9 with a passion for seeking out vibrant health.  We reverence Yahweh and we strive to be good stewards of the earth. We understand about living with food intolerances and instead of letting them get us down we have turned them into a Cause. We know that obtaining total health means utilizing self-denial at times, but that doesn’t have to equal being deprived. We enjoy great healthy food, but most of all we enjoy our family’s company around the dinner table.  We run a Gluten Free Bakery and our family has participated in our local Farmer’s Market.

Update May 2014-

Recently we sold our comfortable home in the country and traded 2,700 sq ft of living space to live in a 31 foot RV. We are now completely DEBT FREE! We are living the full time RV life and loving it.

Update June 2016

I mentioned we had food intolerances. I didn’t say how bad they were, but they were horrific! We were so limited to what we could eat, it could make any mother depressed at meal time.  However, I am so happy to report that after many years of research and lifestyle change, coupled with SPIRITUAL healing, we are totally healed! I am so excited to share about the process with you all! -EmmaSara

    Dear Foodie Family,
We are pure food followers as well. Starting with the pure Word of God followed by His will, His way and His timing. The closer we draw to Him the stranger this world becomes. You remain dear to us and thanks for your web site.

It was a pleasure talking with you at the feast. We are looking to unplug in Show Low. May Yah continue to bless you and your family.

    Dear Compelled Crew,
I just found you after conducting a search of other families living in RVs to pay off debt and I’m SO GLAD I did. I look forward to reading through the whole site and following you on social media. I send my best to you and yours!
